As an Indian, Yoga, Ayurveda (Yoga's sister science) and Meditation have been a part of Kejal's life; however, she began seriously practicing Yoga over 10 years ago as a way to cope with the stress of working as a Hedge Fund Auditor and working 80 hours a week during Tax Season. Yoga has helped Kejal heal her own carpel tunnel and pinched nerve she developed during this time. She has seen the benefits of yoga in her life and wants to share that with others.
Currently she is a New Jersey based yoga instructor and founder of Serene Space Yoga.
